What are transactional emails?
Email generated basis user taking action is called transactional emails. Emails sent or received after a deal – order confirmation, password reset, delivery notification are transactional emails. Any auto-generated email is also transactional email.

What happens if I reach my limit of 100 million emails?
Once you’ve used up your 100 million free email credits or the validity of 1 year expires (whichever happens first), you will be automatically be shifted to our regular plan. In this, you get 25,000 monthly emails free. After that, you’ll only be charged for emails that are not opened ($1 for 5000 emails).
Is there any limit to the number of emails I can send per day?
None whatsoever. However, you’ll be put on a warm up plan to systematically scale your email volumes over a period of time. This helps build your IP reputation and improves email deliverability.
Can I start sending emails after adding my domain?
Once you add your company domain name, it is sent for review to our Compliance team to ensure your domain security. Just so you know, approval of domain is based on multiple factors:
- Domain must represent your core business
- Domain must not redirect to some other website that’s not associated with the same owner
- Functional Subscription/ Signup form on the website
- Credible website without any phishing content
It usually takes 3-5 hours for the domain approval process. (Note that only signups with approved domains are eligible for this 100 million free emails offer). We shall be contacting you over email on the domain verification.
